The disclosure log of access applications identifies information and documents that have been released by council following the formal application process.
Council is required to maintain a register that records information about each government contract which has (or is likely to have) a value of $150,000 or more.
This register contains a listing of land both community and operational which is either in the care and control of or owned by Carrathool Shire Council. The register also includes Crown Land. This register is updated annually and while every effort has been made to ensure accuracy Council accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions.
