The proposed development modification seeks a reduction to the approved number of sheds on the site from twelve (12) poultry sheds to seven (7) poultry sheds. The total farm population will decrease from 748,800 to 436,800 birds.
The proposed development is Designated Development under Schedule 3 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, as being a livestock intensive industry for the commercial production of birds accommodating more than 250,000 birds.
