Council implement water quality controls by various treatment methods such as aeration and disinfection as per Public Health (PH) guidelines and as required by other government authorities. The water consistently meets standards laid down in the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines.
Council regularly samples from sites throughout the towns and villages and a report is provided quarterly.
