Carrathool Shire Council frequently advertise online and in print media, Expressions of Interest, Quotations or Tenders for purchase, trade-in or supply of goods, materials and/or services.

• Vehicle/Plant Quotations are advertised monthly.
• Heavy Vehicle Plant Tenders over $250,00 are advertised annually in July.
• Tenders for items over $250,000 and Expressions of interest are advertised through-out the year as required.

It is your responsibility to ensure tenders and quotations are received prior to the advertised closing date and time, whether submitted by surface mail or email.

Tenders and quotations can be emailed to tenders@carrathool.nsw.gov.au.

When emailing your tender or quotation an automatic response will be sent back to you. This is your confirmation that the submission was successfully received at Council’s Administration Office.
