The Development Application and supporting documents, may be inspected at Carrathool Shire Council’s Hillston District Office, 139-145 High Street, Hillston or Goolgowi Office, 9-11 Cobram Street, Goolgowi, and is available on Carrathool Shire Council’s website, from Wednesday 10 July 2024 up until close of business on Tuesday 6 August 2024.
During the time of public exhibition up until the close of business on Tuesday 6 August 2024 any person may inspect the documents and make written submissions to Carrathool Shire Council concerning the proposed development and if the submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of the objection must be specified in the submission.
Any person who makes a submission by way of an objection and who is dissatisfied with the determination of Carrathool Shire Council to grant development consent may appeal to the NSW Land and Environment Court.
